FINANCIAL AID & SCHOLARSHIPS

The school does not offer financial aid except for existing families in need. A limited number of academic scholarships are available for the high school IB Diploma Program.

WHAT IS CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT?

In order to provide Boca Prep families with a system of enrollment that is seamless while providing choices, Boca Prep has adopted a continuous enrollment system where students are continually enrolled from their initial admission to Boca Prep until they graduate from 12th grade. Your child will be enrolled at Boca Prep International School throughout their entire education unless the parent notifies the school, in writing otherwise.

CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT

In February families will be invoiced a $200 Institutional Service Fee due on March 1^st. This payment will guarantee and secure your child´s spot for the upcoming school year.

TUITION PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Boca Prep will publish the school year’s tuition rates annually in February on the school website.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND OPT OUT

As part of our Continuous Enrollment policies, for all new families a fee of $1,800 as a security deposit will be required. Each year parents will have an opt out period between February 1^st to March 1^st. If you decide you do not want your child to remain enrolled for the next school year, you simply notify us in writing according to the guidelines. The Security Deposit will only be refunded if families follow the withdrawal policies.

WITHDRAWAL POLICIES

Parents may cancel their spot in writing from February 1^st to March 1^st. If the Parents give notice of cancellation after this date or give no notice of cancellation, they will incur a liability to pay a three (3) month tuition penalty.  If Parents do give notice in between February 1^st and March 1^st the Security Deposit will be refunded.
